Texas Businessman and former Presidential candidate, Ross Perot ran again in 1996-after failure in 1992. New York Businessman, Television Personality and Socialite, Donald J. Trump was inspired by Ross Perot to run for Governor of New York, in 1993. Initially Trump ran as a member of the Democratic Party. He won the 1994 Democratic primary quite easily. He defeats governor candidate and former representative, George Pataki in 1994–becoming Governor-Elect, Donald J. Trump. After some controversy brought about from Cuomo’s campaign, Trump is finally inaugurated on January 1, 1995. He is generally well liked, but has problems along the way such as rumours on him cheating on his wife, Marla—those are quickly debunked though. A new political party by the name of “Reform Party USA” has been getting very popular. Trump and his party [Democratic Party] disagreed on the issue whether homosexuals should be allowed to serve in the state military. Later that year, Trump officially switched his Political affiliation to “Reform Party”. In 1998, he easily wins re-election against Democratic candidate, Stan Lundine. Trump’s approval ratings double during his time in office. With the Democratic and Republican parties failing the American people, the Reform Party is a centrist solution to America’s problems. In 1999, he applies as a Reform Presidential candidate and by 2000, he defeats Reform candidate Pat Buchanan. For his running mate, he chose talk show host, Oprah Winfrey to be his running mate. Trump wins the 2000 Presidential election by defeating Republican candidate and son of former President, George W. Bush and the Vice President (under Bill Clinton), Al Gore—he becomes President-Elect. Trump becomes the first celebrity President. He is inaugurated on January 20, 2001 as the 43rd President of the United States of America. On September 11, 2001, the twin towers and the world trade centre in New York gets bombed. After finding out about the Terrorist attacks, At the United Nations, United States, Russia, France, United Kingdom and Russia all agree to declare a military campaign on all terrorists. Trump bombs terrorists (and only terrorists) in Afghanistan and any countries that have a terrorist problem. Senators from different U.S states prompt Trump to invade Iraq; however, he vetoes the bill—he made the right decision, which resulted in a more stable Iraq. He signs a Bill which makes gay marriage legal very early on, he reforms education and establish universal healthcare option. His enemies are afraid of his policy but respect him for it. Fast forward to 2004, another election is taking place...this time it is among President Trump, Republican nominee, John McCain and Democratic nominee, Joe Lieberman. Although there were great competition for Trump; he defeated them—due to his popularity. He was inaugurated again on January 20, 2005, for a second term. He helps Israel fight against Iran in the Iranian-Israeli (2005 - 2007); whereas, China teamed up with Iran. He also assists Mexico in fight it’s on war on drugs, in 2006. He stops North Korea from gaining Nuclear weapons and urges them to reunite with South Korea. Trump tried to pass a piece of legislation to allow him to run for a third term; however, it never passes. Instead, he urges Vice President, Oprah Winfrey to run in the 2008 Presidential Election. Which Republican Nominee, Alan Keyes defeats Vice President, Oprah Winfrey and Illinois senator, Barack Obama. Trump congratulates Keyes for his victory in 2008 election. Winfrey and Obama concede the election. He leaves office on January 20, 2009. He has started a health organisation for impoverished people named the “Trump Foundation”. In 2020, Trump decides to retire due to bad health, he transfers control of the organisation to his children, Don Jr, Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany.
